This website has a nice introduction with flash incorporated in it. However when it comes to navigating through the pages, this is where it can get quite tricky for the user. With the main navigation on top and another sub navigation area on the side, they are not linked in any way, meaning that it is difficult for the user to know that this sub navigation belongs to this main navigation. As well the lengthy scrolls can get really boring and some users might not bother going through everything.
