In order to process audio through the device:
1. Click the "Process" link at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the processing server within the installation where the analog compressor resides. If someone is currently using the device you will be redirected to a page stating that the device is currently in use. Please try again later.
2. Upload audio by using the PHP script provided. Only .wav files with a maximum resolution of 24 bits and sample rate of 96khz will be allowed. Your audio file will be uploaded to the server.
3. After your file is uploaded you will be redirected to the 'tweak' page, where you will be able to control the compressor and hear a low quality playback of the file you uploaded. Click 'Play' and your audio file will start. Use the controls on the left and right of the webcam view of the VU meter to control the gain and peak reduction of the compressor in real-time. Once you are satisfied with how the device is setup, click Process. Your audio file will be recorded back to .wav format and you are provided with a preview of this event on the next page.
4. Once the final recording is complete, please click the link to download your recording. A page with a download link will be provided for you. Right click the link and save it to your hard drive. Close the page once you are complete.
You can now take the processed audio .wav file and reimplement it into your project.
