Academic Excellence
There are a number of activities planned throughout the year to help members academically.
NSBE Ryerson chapter will have study group sessions to encourage members to help one another.
We also try to help high school students as well and will participate in a number of activities throughout the year.
In addition, we encourage students to use some of the other services on campus to help. For instance, the Tri-mentoring program at Ryerson is a program that benefits all involved. As a first-year, you can become a mentee to an older student in your program and then when you are an upper-level student, you in turn mentor someone else. In your final year, you'll get matched with someone in the industry and that person will serve as your mentor. For more information, visit the tri-mentoring site.
