About me
Hello, my name is Frank Ngo. I am currently living in Toronto, Ontario studying Information Technology Management(Digital Media Solutions). At a young age I became very fascinated by lights. More specifically stars, neon signs, christmas lights, and lights that exerted very vibrant colors(example). As time passed I realized that I needed a way to express the “light” side of me. It all began in early 2001 when I purchased my first scanner, and provided with the scanner was a lite version of Photoshop. I installed Photoshop so that I could use my scanner. At that time all I knew was Photoshop got my scanner working and I was happy with that. Years down the road, around 2004, I learned that people could use Photoshop to edit photos and create digital art. This is when I began my journey into digital art... As I ventured on this journey, I also discovered I was very fond of abstract art. Abstract art did not have to make sense. It was as if it was created randomly. Looking at abstract art in different perspectives gives the piece an entirely new theme. In most of my work I try to incorporate the two things I like most, light and abstraction.
